How Referral Payouts are Handled

January 19, 2019 By Chris Lazarus

Referral Realty Members have a couple of options for earning referral commissions. They can refer a prospective buyer or seller to any licensed real estate broker nationwide that will accept the referral. If they need assistance in finding an agent to refer to then they can use our office to help locate several great agents to choose from nationwide.

Refer to an In-Network Partner for a full 25% payout.

Upon the successful closing of the referred party, Referral Realty will receive the referral fee, deposit and account for the transaction. Referral Realty then pays the agent who initiated the referral. For this service Referral Realty collects a flat fee of $250 for processing. If the amount of the referral is less than $1,500 then we collect 10% of the referral transaction not to be less than $50.

Our members section offers easy ways to submit referral agreements.
