How Referral Payouts are Handled

January 19, 2019 By Chris Lazarus

Referral Realty Members have a couple of options for earning referral commissions. They can refer a prospective buyer or seller to any licensed real estate broker nationwide that will accept the referral.

Refer to an In-Network Partner for a full 25% payout.

If our member sends a referral to a broker in our network, the member will receive a 25% referral fee at a 100% payout. No fees are due to the brokerage out of that percentage.

If our member refers to a broker outside of our network, then the member will receive whatever referral fee they are able to negotiate with the receiving broker. In this situation, the member will operate on a percentage split basis with Referral Realty. They will receive 80% of the total gross referral commission and Referral Realty will receive 20% of the total gross referral commission.

Our members section offers easy ways to submit referral agreements with through our proprietary form system. Our members fill in the blanks and the form sends a referral agreement for esign to the receiving broker!

Members can log in to view this tutorial on submitting referrals to out-of-network brokers.
